By accessing our website or requesting services from Windsor Concrete Works, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Windsor Concrete Works is a concrete contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Windsor, CT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, garage floors, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All work is performed by licensed, insured, and bonded personnel. The specific scope of each project is defined in the written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to the start of work.
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a binding contract until it has been signed by both parties and any required deposit has been received.
Estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during work - such as hidden debris, unstable subsurface conditions, or pre-existing damage not visible during the estimate - we will notify the customer promptly and provide a written change order describing any additional costs before proceeding.
Price estimates obtained verbally or through informal communications are not binding. Only written, signed estimates or contracts are enforceable.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and deposit are received. Concrete work is weather-dependent. If outdoor conditions are unsuitable - including temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, active rain, or high winds - we may reschedule the pour date to protect the quality of the finished work. We will notify you as early as possible when a reschedule is necessary.
If you need to reschedule your project, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for labor, materials, and equipment that have already been mobilized.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or crews have been scheduled, unless Windsor Concrete Works is unable to perform the work.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or contract. A deposit is typically required at the time of signing to secure your start date and reserve materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed on your estimate or invoice. If payment is not received within 15 days of the invoice date, a late fee may be applied. If an account remains unpaid beyond 30 days, we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal channels, including filing a mechanics lien where permitted byCT law.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable state or local law.
Windsor Concrete Works stands behind the quality of its work. Any specific warranty terms are stated in the written project agreement.

Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, all services are provided "as-is" and we make no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
